Bio

After receiving his MD from Washington University in St Louis, Dr. Frank completed a radiology residency at University of Alabama Birmingham before pursuing a thoracic radiology fellowship at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.

Since 2001, Dr. Frank has been a leader in education technology development in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences. Since 2016 he has been the clinical director of informatics for Radiology at IU Health. With expertise in imaging informatics, Dr. Frank works to continually improve outcomes, quality and efficiency in health care. For more than two decades, his innovations in imaging informatics have supported activities in education, research, and clinical practice by our faculty, trainees and staff.
