Applying to the Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship

Eligibility

Any general psychiatry resident training in a U.S. ACGME-accredited program, expecting to graduate in good standing and to become ABPN board eligible in general psychiatry, may apply to the Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship program at Indiana University School of Medicine. The program also welcomes psychiatrists who are several years out from residency training (and already boarded in general psychiatry) who recognize the need for the additional training and certification in addiction psychiatry for their careers and their patients.

General psychiatry residents (and/or those who have done any other type of psychiatry fellowship training) can begin the inquiry and application process at any point in their PGY-2 year or later.

Apply

Applications for the Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship should be submitted through the ERAS system. See "Application Process" below for details.
