I was born and raised in the Midwest and went to highschool at Harrison HS in Evansville, IN. I subsequently moved around to various parts of the country for my education and early career but moved back to IU School of Medicine from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1995 and have been here for the past 22 years. Except for 2 years at Mead Johnson Laboratories, I have spent my entire career in academic medicine and as teaching faculty at a University staffed county hospital. I enjoy serving women through the practive of Obstetrics and Gynecology, advancing medicine by helping to train the next generation of physicians, and providing care to the underserved.
