The 2018 Annual HIV/AIDS Visiting Professor is Judith Currier, MD, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Currier is an internationally known researcher on HIV and opportunistic infection treatments. She is also the new overall Principal Investigator of the AIDS Clinical Trials Group. She will give talks on Thursday, October 11, at the Microbiology and Immunology Seminar from 4-5 pm in the Medical Sciences Building, Room 326, and at the Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on Friday, October 12, from 12-1 pm in the Emerson Hall Auditorium.


The Indiana Center for AIDS Research holds meetings on the first Tuesday of each month from 1:30-3:30pm at the Rotary Building, Room 101. The meeting usually includes a Works-in-Progress session by one of the CFAR investigators and a Journal Club hosted by another CFAR member. The meeting is videoconferenced on the Indiana University Zoom platform.
