Assistant Professor of Medical & Molecular Genetics
Dr. Jun Wan is an assistant professor (tenure-track) in the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics, Indiana University School of Medicine. He is director of Collaborative Core for Cancer Bioinformatics (C3B) shared by Indiana University Simon Cancer Center and Purdue University Center for Cancer Research. Dr. Wan got his Ph.D. degree in Physics from Queen's University, Kingston Ontario, Canada, followed by postdoctoral training in bioinformatics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Prior to Indiana University, Dr. Wan was a research faculty at Johns Hopkins University. He has authored or co-authored over 40 research papers published in scientific journals, such as Cell, Molecular Cell, eLife, PNAS, Nucleic Acids Research, and Bioinformatics.
