The department offers both Master’s and PhD programs to fit a broad range of career interests, including genetic counseling and research. The graduate degree programs are designed to capitalize on the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics faculty’s unique expertise in computational biology, neuroscience, musculoskeletal biology and human genetics education research.

The MS in Medical and Molecular Genetics is an independent degree and not required as a prerequisite for the Medical and Molecular Genetics doctoral degree.
