Bio

Dr. Doggette was born in Texas, spent part of his early childhood in Western Kentucky and the rest in Madison, Mississippi. After graduating from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) he worked for a marketing firm and then for the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He went on to complete medical school at St. George's University and then returned to the University of Mississippi Medical Center for residency. He has been a faculty member at IUEM since 2018. He works at several sites clinically including Methodist, Ball Memorial, and Jay as well administratively at IU Jay as the Emergency Dept Medical Director. He is passionate about training residents and instructing students while refining and developing new skills himself. His interests include academics, trauma, resuscitation, wilderness medicine and disaster medicine.

His wife is a native of Columbus, Indiana, and they are proud parents and pet owners. He is an avid outdoorsman and foodie. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, sports, listening to music, traveling and spending time with family.
