Third- and fourth-year medical students at Indiana University School of Medicine can choose to take an elective offered by the Department of Anatomy, Cell Biology & Physiology to pursue a specific area of interest.

For example, the department’s accomplished teaching faculty offer focused training in advanced anatomy and laboratory research as well as anatomy education training and clinical anatomy. Courses are available in Indianapolis as well as the IU School of Medicine campuses in Evansville, Ft. Wayne, Gary, and West Lafayette.
