Muncie Campus MS 1 & 2
IUSM-Muncie is on the host campus of Ball State University. Sixteen core faculty members (6 full-time and 10 contract faculty) teach first and second year students, with nearly 100 volunteer clinical faculty from the surrounding community providing opportunities for clinical enrichment. Courses are arranged in a block schedule, allowing students to build their foundational science knowledge one subject at a time. The program is housed within IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital directly adjacent to Ball State University, which gives students access to a number of clinical opportunities, including working with Family Medicine residents to gain OB/GYN experience and conducting summer research between first and second year.
