The Faculty Innovator's Guide to Technology Transfer

This 20-page guide is meant to assist research faculty with technology transfer, intellectual disclosure and commercialization procedures and issues. It was developed by Mervin Yoder, M.D., assistant dean for entrepreneurial research at the IU School of Medicine, and the Indiana University Research and Technology Corp.
