The Indiana University School of Medicine conducts basic, translational and clinical research to improve health, prevent disease, better train physicians and provide the foundation for Indiana's life sciences economy. In fiscal year 2012 the school received $267 million in research grants and contracts, including $120 million from the National Institutes of Health. |
