• Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development (OFAPD)
  OFAPD exists to help faculty reach their full potential. The activities of OFAPD encompass four main areas:
  • Faculty Development
  • Diversity Affairs
  • Programs for the Advancement of Women
  • Faculty Affairs/Administration
    (Many of the OFAPD workshops are available to IUSM staff as well.)

Campus and University Training & Development Opportunities

• IUPUI Human Resource Administation
  HRA offers a number of workshops to IUPUI staff including, but not limited to, topics such as communication skills, management skills, work life balance, customer service, leadership development and benefits/retirement.  They also offer two professional development series including, the Administration Support Professional Series and the Fundamentals of Supervision.  Most of the workshops are free of charge; however they may on occasion offer workshops that include an additional fee. 
• IUPUI Work/Life Workshops
  IUPUI is full of vibrant staff, faculty and students who, though busy, are still interested in learning new things to make their lives better, especially if the information is offered at a time that is convenient (usually 12:05-12:55).
