*Field Experience: First visit will be in 2^nd year for 4-5 week block in order to conduct a needs assessment. Then 8-10 weeks will be spent either during the 3^rd or 4^th year. (If two residents are accepted then 1 resident will travel in 3^rd year and 1 resident in 4^th year)
