For Patients

Otolaryngology is a surgical specialty dealing with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. It interacts and overlaps with other specialties that treat disorders in the head and neck region also. Otolaryngology is subdivided into several different and distinct fields of interest or subspecialties.  Our department is well represented by each of these subspecialties. In addition, many of our faculty are general otolaryngologists who care for patients with disorders involving the entire spectrum of otolaryngology. We care for both adult and pediatric otolaryngology patients within the offices, clinics and hospitals of the IU Medical Center and in suburban offices and hospitals of the greater Indianapolis area.  We work closely with the audiology and speech pathology departments of the IU School of Medicine.  We look forward to providing you with the highest possible quality of care.
