OneStart
-Log into OneStart to view monthly pay advices, change federal W-4 withholdings, and update your mailing address.  Just log in using your IUPUI username and password.  Make sure you're in the brown "Services" tab, and look in the menu to your left for "Employee Self Service." 

This same menu contains an option to update your direct deposit bank account.

NOTE: In addition to changing your address in OneStart, be sure to e-mail your new address to Graduate Medical Education at houstaff@iupui.edu.


SCRUBMATES

Scrubmates is an organization for spouses of Indiana University School of Medicine residents and fellows.  Their members are a diverse group of individuals.  Their goal is to provide support and social opportunities for their members.  They offer many different interest groups and social events, and engage in philanthropic activities.  This organization is a great way to  meet new people, get acclimated to living in Indianapolis, and survive/enjoy residency.

Reminders!!

  • To produce a legal prescription you must enter the following items:
    -Full name -printed legibly
    -Hospital name and address, including the city
    -DEA number- permanent number is issued, or Hospital DEA number plus the last five digits of your SSN.
    -Indiana medical license number
    -National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
    -Correct quantity box must be marked on Indiana Security prescription blanks for controlled drugs
  • If you marry or have a child, you must complete a new form to add the dependent(s) to your insurance within thirty days of the event.  Please see the Frequently Requested Forms page under Benefits to find an application.
  • IMPORTANT: If your home address changes during the course of your training, please notify the Office of Graduate Medical Education.
